What we handle

Support where importers usually lose time, money, and visibility.

Choose one service or connect the full workflow. The exact scope is confirmed in writing for each product and shipment.

Product sourcing in China

Turn a product link, photo, sample, or specification into comparable supplier options and a clearer buying decision.

  • Supplier search
  • Quotation comparison
  • Negotiation support
  • Sample coordination

Quality & pre-shipment inspection

Review the agreed checkpoints before cargo leaves the supplier, with usable evidence and clear defect notes.

  • Quantity checks
  • Visual inspection
  • Packing review
  • Photo/video report

Shipping & logistics coordination

Match the cargo with a practical route and mode, then keep the booking, paperwork, and milestones organized.

  • FCL & LCL
  • Air freight
  • Export documents
  • Shipment updates

Bangladesh clearing & forwarding support

Coordinate the local handover, document flow, port-side requirements, and delivery planning through the agreed service scope.

  • C&F coordination
  • Port handling support
  • Document guidance
  • Delivery planning
One connected workflow

Fewer handoffs. Clearer ownership.

Instead of chasing separate suppliers, inspectors, and shipping contacts, keep the important checkpoints connected and documented.

“Know what is being bought, what was checked, and what is moving—before each next step.”

Clear requirements

Product, quantity, quality expectations, delivery target, and budget are aligned first.

Comparable options

Quotes are easier to evaluate when inclusions, exclusions, and assumptions are visible.

Evidence at checkpoints

Inspection findings, packing condition, and shipment documents are shared in usable form.

Milestone updates

Know what is confirmed, what is pending, and who owns the next action.

How it works

A simple path from inquiry to shipment.

The workflow adapts to sourcing-only, inspection-only, freight-only, or end-to-end requests.

Send the requirement

Share the product link or specification, quantity, origin, destination, and target timeline.

Review the options

We clarify missing details and present the applicable supplier or logistics options.

Confirm the scope

Approve the written quotation, service checkpoints, responsibilities, and payment terms.

Execute & update

We coordinate the agreed work and keep you informed through the relevant milestones.

Every order is different. Final pricing, transit time, inspection scope, customs treatment, and availability are confirmed for the specific cargo.

Products & industries

Broad sourcing capability, careful cargo review.

From repeat wholesale orders to custom industrial requirements, we begin by checking whether the product, supplier, and shipping plan are workable.

Machinery & spare partsEquipment, components, and industrial items
Electronics & accessoriesSubject to battery, brand, and certification review
Textiles & consumer goodsApparel, accessories, packaging, and retail items
Hardware & building materialsTools, fittings, fixtures, and project supplies
Packaging & custom ordersPrivate-label, printed, and made-to-spec items

Why Bengal Gateway

Practical coordination on both sides of the trade lane.

Our role is to make the next decision clearer—not to bury you in logistics language or promise what has not been verified.

Our operating principle: confirm the facts, document the handoffs, and communicate problems early enough to act.

China-side coordination

Communicate requirements and follow up closer to suppliers and cargo origin.

Evidence before movement

Use agreed photo, video, quantity, and packing checks to reduce avoidable surprises.

Clear written scope

Know what is included, excluded, assumed, and still awaiting confirmation.

Flexible service mix

Use sourcing, inspection, freight, or local support separately or together.

Frequently asked

Useful answers before you inquire.

Still unsure? Send the information you already have; we will identify what is missing.

What information is needed for a useful quotation?

Send the product link or specification, quantity, supplier or pickup location if known, destination, cargo-ready date, and weight/CBM/container information if available. For inspection, also send the approved sample or quality checklist.

Can I use only one service?

Yes. Sourcing, inspection, freight coordination, and Bangladesh-side support can be requested separately. Availability and the exact scope are confirmed for the specific order.

Which shipping methods can be arranged?

Depending on the cargo, volume, route, and urgency, options may include FCL, LCL, air freight, or courier. Carrier acceptance, schedules, and rates are checked at the time of quotation.

Does an inspection guarantee that every item is perfect?

No inspection can remove every risk. An inspection checks the agreed sample size and checkpoints and reports observed findings. The method, sample size, and limitations should be agreed before the visit.

Do you accept every type of product?

No. Restricted, dangerous, regulated, branded, or certification-sensitive goods require review before acceptance. Never place an order based only on an assumed shipping route.

How are payments and terms confirmed?

Service fees, cargo payments, responsibility, and payment instructions must be confirmed in the applicable written quotation, contract, or invoice. Verify any change of bank or payment details through a known contact before sending funds.
